I bet you are wondering how I became a relationship coach.
Over the past 20 years, I have had the pleasure of working with celebrities, working women and millennials as a hairstylist and makeup artist. I saw my clients quite regularly and over time our conversations became personal. We spoke about family, work dynamic, friendships and more. The hot topic was dating and relationships.
After a while, I started coaching some of my clients and next thing I knew they were having fun dating and less drama! That’s when I knew I was on to something. Let me let you in on a little secret. I could only coach them because of what I went through in my life – Two failed marriages, low self-esteem, and horrible communication skills with the people closest to me. I remember sitting inside my car crying because my last marriage ended.
At that moment, I needed a change. I was clear it was me. I went on a mission to heal whatever it was that was stopping me from having the life I dreamed of and kept sabotaging.
Fast forward 8 years later I am fulfilled and did the work for the the life I wanted. I have peace and joy. Healthy connections with my family. I stopped looking for things or people to fulfill that need. Once I learned how to achieve that, my relationships started healing. I worked on health, mindset, and self care. These lifestyle changes birthed a deep desire to help others be in loving, passionate and juicy relationships.
